Elle is the co-founder of Stuff You Can Use, a youth and kids ministry resource company, co-host of the podcast Youth Ministry Answers, and co-creator of Grow Curriculum and Strategy. She spends most of her time dreaming up new ideas with her husband, Kenny, reading books, and watching videos of sloths on YouTube.
