Our lives are the sacred ground on which we meet God, make meaning, and experience this world. Journaling is a way to pay attention to our lives and watch for God’s presence and guidance. It can help us sift through experiences and find significance in everyday life, and it can allow us to listen to God during times of transition. Whether you regularly journal or have never tried it before, this workshop will explore journaling as a meaningful tool for prayer, self-discovery, and connection with God and the world around you.
